Five Cooking Gadgets I Can't Live Without

There are a few things in my kitchen that I would be absolutely lost without. They include a blender, a wooden spoon, and olive forks, among others, but the top five gadgets I can't live without (meaning I use each one at least every other day, if not more) are listed below.

--Food Processor: If I want to make pesto, it's there; if I want to make sunflower seed butter, it's ready; and if I want to made a delicious raw pastry of some sort, it's what I turn to first.

--Kitchen Aid Mixer: Wow, I don't know if there's much I can say about this that I haven't already in previous posts. If I didn't have a Kitchen Aid Mixer, my arm would be a heck of a lot more tired, my baked goods would be awfully lumpy, and my kitchen wouldn't have the cutest pink accessory smiling at me every day from the counter.

--Better Batter Whisk (found at Sur La Table): I bought this on a whim because it was on sale, but I'm so glad I grabbed it! It is the kind of thing you never knew you needed until you have it, and now, I don't want to imagine a world without it. It's dependable and awesome.

--Wilton Donut Pan (found at Sur La Table and Michael's): Without the humble donut pan, I would not have a business. The donut pan is how I started Cinnamon, and I now have 12 in my possession. I'm sure, by the end of the year, I'll have at least 15.

--Water Boiler: This is something I take for granted because I grew up with one, and I have personally owned one since college. If want tea immediately, I've got it; if I want to thin a batter, I can; and if I want to make chia "eggs", I don't have to wait for the microwave to heat up my water.

What are your top five cooking gadgets?
