How to Make an Excellent Burger. Gluten-free. Vegan
D and I found an excellent burger a few months ago and now we buy it in bulk to have around the house. You never know when the urge might hit for a satisfying meal of a vegan, gluten-free burger and baked fries. Here are the necessities for such a meal:
1. Tempeh bacon (preferably homemade).
2. Grilled onions, guacamole, stone-ground mustard, Vegenaise, and sauteed mushrooms, plus a lettuce leaf and a humongous beefsteak tomato, all on gluten-free hamburger buns.
3. Baked fries seasoned with rosemary and celeriac.
Now, the worst-slash-best part is trying to eat this monstrosity:
Good luck, and enjoy!
