Summer Cocktail. Gluten-free. Vegan

I'd never tried 99 Bananas liqueur until D introduced it to me about a month ago. I've gotta say - my life has officially been changed! As someone who doesn't actually love (or really even like) bananas, somehow experiencing cocktails with this added in has thrilled my tastebuds so much that I can't begin to think of not stocking it on our shelves.

We've been playing around with using it in an assortment of drinks, mostly fruity, and just tonight I came up with this fabulous idea to use sun tea instead of ice or water. The result was, in my personal opinion, damn tasty, and you can be sure I'll be making this beverage many nights to come.


I put together 1 ounce total of 99 Bananas and Bacardi rum, then added about 1/2 cup pineapple juice, and topped off the glass with a lovely pomegranate cranberry sun tea that I brewed the other day. Seriously, this was as delightful and refreshing as a glass of lemonade on a hot day. Now, go get ya some!
