Even though I don't have the largest sweet tooth or penchant for chocolate, I do enjoy a taste every now and then. This mix produced some delicious brownies - they were moist, chocolate-y, and very, very dark.
Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Brownies
1 package Bob's Red Mill gluten-free brownie mix
1/4 c. applesauce
3/4 c. melted coconut oil
3/4 c. warm water
2 t. vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 13x9" pan with cooking or baking spray.
- Place Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Brownie Mix in a large mixing bowl and beat in coconut oil, applesauce, vanilla and water with electric mixer on medium speed until just combined.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool throughly before serving.
