Friday Finds: The End of the Holiday Week Edition

How was everyone's holiday week? It finally started being sunny here, and I even went on a nice bike ride on the 4th (only to end up with a flat - but that's a story for a different day). I enjoyed a BBQ with friends on the 4th, and stopped using my car for a few days. It was wonderful.

Stay tuned for next week, when I offer a giveaway (I know! I haven't done one for a LOOONG time!) to all you lovely readers. It's something pretty dang fun and tasty.

Enjoy these week's Friday Finds:

This teriyaki tempeh looks like it belongs in my mouth.

I have never tried sorrel, but it looks like I need to get my hands on some in order to try this soup!

I love the look of this no-cook tomato sauce for pasta. If only it were tomato season already in the PNW.

Duuude...the chef from Departure (which just added a completely vegan happy hour menu) was featured on The Kitchn!

I just stumbled upon this awesome gluten-free and vegan blog based in New York City. Awesome!

I love guacamole. And I also enjoy making it. Here's a great recipe to do just that!
