Are you planning an adventure for the upcoming July 4th holiday (can you believe it's NEXT WEEK?!)? Do you have some trips planned for the summer? I'm here to warn you that camping while gluten-free AND vegan can be tough if you're not prepared. If you ARE ready, however, it will be an absolute blast.
You've got nature + friends + campfire + copious amounts of alcohol = AN AMAZING TIME.
But back to the food. I've compiled some recipes to help you to have that AMAZING TIME that I referred to above. If you don't, well, it's not really my fault, but maybe bringing some ice cream next time will help. If you're able to make food ahead of time and take it with you, you can have some really great meals. If you're backpacking, you might want to focus on the recipes I've included that are a bit more portable.
