This week's CSA box came with onions and lettuce like last week, beets, mild garlic and some kale. Yum.
Also, here is what I prepared with last week's CSA share:
Going clockwise from the left, that's gluten-free linguine with olive oil and garlic, sauteed beet greens with salt and pepper, and boiled beets with toasted sesame oil. A seriously filling and fiber-full (and delicious!) meal.
