Well, I made it through my cold and now I'm writing this, anticipating my nieces and oldest sister's visit from Kentucky. We haven't seen each other since my father died almost two years ago, and it's always nice to reconnect with family that lives far away.
I decided to make this an Easter Edition of Friday Finds, since the holiday is coming up this Sunday. Although I'm working all day (9-6!) on Sunday, I'll be excited to see what others put together for their brunches or early dinners. How will you be celebrating?
How about munching on these gluten-free and vegan blueberry oat waffles?
Whoa - raw, vegan, gluten-free cadbury eggs!
These jelly bean macaroon nests look great for your Easter basket.
Another great breakfast item is mini tofu frittatas.
Try making some homemade chocolate bunnies for your friends and family. They will be extremely impressed, I promise.
Here's a good-looking recipe for a tofu quiche with spinach and vegan sausage.
Make these cute little paper carrots to hold candy in!
These darling white chocolate coconut nests look so cute that I want to decorate my entire house with them.
Also, just in case you missed them, here are my recipe posts from the past week:
