Valentine's Day Menu Ideas

If you're like me, you've been planning your Valentine's Day dinner-in for a while now, but I do realize that some of you out there actually like to wait until the last moment to do so.

This post is for you.

I've compiled some delicious-looking gluten-free and vegan ideas for you to serve your honey/best friend/parents for Valentine's Day...enjoy!

Starters:

-Nothing freshens the tastebuds like a lovely winter citrus salad

-Red beets with grapefruit, avocado and pistachios = wow

-A bowl of almond butter kale sounds like a great way to start the meal

Main Meal:

-Baked Mushroom Risotto with Caramelized Onions from The Kitchn

-Oh She Glows' Roasted Tomato Basil Pesto is perfect over some pasta

-Couscous with Chickpeas, Fennel and Citrus sounds awfully seasonal and delicious

Dessert:

-Raw, triple chocolate "cheesecakes" would be amazing after one of the dinners above

-A delicious chocolate pudding using avocados is great for your health AND your palate!

-Try this allergy-free dipping chocolate from Cook It Allergy Free

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
