Hot Cocoa. Vegan. Gluten-free

I like chocolate, but I don't necessarily crave it very often. But now I must amend that statement and say that I do, in fact, crave sipping chocolate (aka: hot cocoa) made by a [local] Eugene, Oregon-based company called Sipping Dreams.

ingredients: dark chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cacao butter, soya lecithin, pure vanilla), dutch processed cacao powder, pure cane sugar, cacao butter

I just tried it last week for the first time.

Dang, it's good. Like, really good.

I melted two squares of the chocolate into a cup of vanilla-flavored flax milk on the stove, and ended up with a mug of this:

I'm sure you can only imagine how quickly I drank this (after it cooled down enough that I didn't burn my tongue, of course).

I can't wait to try the brand's other flavor, Peppermint Snap. A percentage of the company's proceeds are donated to charitable organizations, which makes it even more enjoyable to drink.
