Wordless Wednesday: Weekend Brunch

This past Sunday I dined with two gal friends at a Portland favorite, Blossoming Lotus. I opted for the special, which was hash with chanterelle mushrooms and a squash sauce over a bed of kale (with a side of avocado). My friends got the lotus benedict and the Spanish scramble.
