Whoa, whoa, whoa. August is nearly half over. I can't believe it. Another week has gone by, I have gotten progressively more tan, and good food just keeps finding its way into my belly.
As you can see, this turned into the "week of blueberries", as I'm having a hard time saying goodbye to the delicious little berries.
Monday: I am loving my "Community Supported Agriculture"! I feel so lucky to be able to enjoy all the delicious items I get every week.
Tuesday: "Vanilla Salted Caramel Ice Cream"? Yes, please. And twice on Fridays.
Wednesday: This week's "Wordless Wednesday" featured my delicious gluten-free and vegan pizza from the local restaurant Mississippi Pizza. It was devoured within minutes.
This was another Double Post Day! Oh boy, these "Lavender Blueberry Pancakes" were a hit. In my mouth. I want some more. Now. This post also featured a short review of a really neat new vegan and allergen-free cookbook, Welcoming Kitchen.
Thursday: I believe you can never have too many blueberries in your life, so I featured a post with a recipe for a super easy "Blueberry Syrup" that will be sure to knock your socks off.
Friday: The summer isn't complete without at least one fruit pie. This one's a "Blueberry Pie".
