Community Supported Agriculture - Week Four

You might have noticed there was no CSA: Week Three post. I wasn't able to pick up my share last week, so yesterday (Sunday) afternoon, D and I headed over to the farmar and picked up a DOUBLE batch of goodies. You know what that means! (double the pleasure, double the fun, etc.)

But it really does mean double the recipes. Yum. I can't wait to get started.

What we picked up (L-R): Sauces and dips (including beet salad, vegan brown rice pudding, and a spicy condiment made of Roma tomatoes and cilantro), two types of kale, lettuce, sweet onions, scallions, pickling cucumbers (!!!), red beets, and broccoli.

In a word: fantastic.
