The Week in Review
What a full week of posts it was! To be sure and not miss a thing, don't forget to subscribe to my blog!
Sunday: "Pickled Scapes": I showed you how I pickled garlic tips (also known as scapes) in order to preserve them. I can't wait to try them after they've sat in the brine for a few weeks.
Monday: "Mekong Vietnamese Grill in Sellwood": Check out my review of vegan pho in a local restaurant located just south of Portland.
Tuesday: "Community Supported Agriculture - Week One": This week marked the first week I received a box from my local CSA. It was so exciting! I can't wait to see what arrives in the next 21 weeks.
Wednesday: "Wordless Wednesday": I made you drool with my delicious lunch from the local and ALL VEGAN food cart, Homegrown Smoker.
Thursday: "Authentic Pierogies - Vegan and Gluten-Free": These pierogis seemed to be very popular among my readers, especially those who grew up with Eastern European food at home. Now you can enjoy them again!
Friday: "Updates": I made a lot of updates and tweaks to the blog. Stay tuned, because there are many more to come!
