Whole Foods Meal: Last Installment

I'm sad to say that my fun experience with the Whole Foods Cooking Club has ended. I loved participating in this plant-based group, because it offered me a chance to try dishes and ingredients I never would have otherwise. If you hear of your local Whole Foods offering a similar opportunity, be sure and try it out!

Linguine With Red Lentil Sauce

The lemon flavor in this was overbearing, and I didn't really like it that much, but I LOVED the artichoke hearts!

Creamy Curried Cauliflower Soup

I loved the crunchy sunflower seeds on top; the flavor was good, but I would have preferred to add a little more texture.

Lentil Chili
I served it on top of tortilla chips and sprinkled some nooch on top. Delicious!
