Natural Selection

I can't wait to try this new restaurant opening in my neighborhood on St. Patrick's Day. (for those of you living in Portland, it's opening next door to Vita Cafe).

It looks like a classy version of Vita, and it's completely vegetarian. Here's some extra info, direct from the menu:
A four course fixed-price dinner is 35 dollars.
Additional wine pairings are available for an extra fee.
All items available à la carte.
Natural Selection is a restaurant built on vegetables, fruits, and grains, featuring fixed price four course meals paired with choice wines and spirits. Served in a warm European-style setting, the menu combines both rustic and modern cooking techniques while highlighting the flavors of France, Italy & Spain.

The menu looks delicious. Here are few highlights:
  • Truffled Sweet Potato Ravioli (vegan)
  • Frisse & Fuyu Persimmon (gluten-free, vegan)
  • Coconut Panna Cotta (gluten-free, vegan)

See you there!
