Thanks again for reading and celebrating with me...the next giveaway is now underway (see the teaser post here), so please be sure to enter for more fun. This one won't require quite as much work on your part. I'm keeping it simple this time, because it's the weekend.
In order to win, you'll each only have one chance to enter, and all I want from you is a comment on THIS entry, stating the best vegan dish/food you have ever eaten. Don't forget to include your contact info! I will announce the winner Sunday evening.
Good luck!

Not that I have a whole lot of experience with vegan foods, but I have to go with the peanut butter and jelly cheesecake I tried last time I visited Portland... I forget the name of the shop. I think the jelly to peanut butter ratio should have been a bit higher, but it was pretty dang delicious.
Best vegan meal ever was at a vegan restaurant in Salt Lake City. It was AMAZING. I can't remember quite what it was though. :)
The BEST vegan meal I've ever had was at the Chicago Diner, I had their Seitan philly cheese steak! OH MY GOD, it was fantastic!
A friend made me a vegan lasagna that was incredible! She used potatoes instead of the cheese layers and it was delicious.

The best vegan meal I ever had was in India. Don't ask me what exactly it was or how to pronounce it but it was delish!
Ooh there are so many to choose from: Eat Drink and Be Vegan is one of my favorite cookbooks and all the recipes in there are just awesome. I love the Thai Chick-Un Pizza, especially. Or the Chickpea cakes from Veganomicon. :)
