3 Years Old Part V

Reader Erik left a comment on this post the other day, after I re-posted my entry from my first anniversary as a vegan, suggesting I share with readers how my diet has evolved after that first year. I thought that was a great idea, so here it is (I hope you don't mind the shameless food porn):

pizza from Whole Foods in LA
vegan white chocolate candy that I made for Easter last year
English breakfast, with stewed tomatoes, baked beans, and tofu bacon
summer salad w/ basil leaves
polenta with apricot glaze from Pizza Fino in N Portland
