All right, I admit it.
I totally failed tonight.
Instead of coming home after work (8 hours of standing in very painful boots while smiling and making nicey-nice to everyone) to make a fabulous dinner, I...came home, cut up my leftover tofu from last night, cooked up some corn/quinoa pasta, added some frozen corn, and poured pre-made pasta sauce over it. And it was tasty and warm and didn't take more than 20 minutes. And I'm glad I didn't waste precious time on my sore feet when I could be snuggled up in my bed.
