I was having a Twitter conversation with Back to Eden last night while I was at work (shhh! Don't tell anyone!) that made me wish it was quitting time even more than usual. The tweeter tempted me with new gluten-free treats that just arrived last night. I probably broke a few speed laws on the way home, but I just HAD to get there before they closed at 9 p.m.! Luckily, I made it, and went home with some gems, which I will now share with you:

waiting for me to eat them. |
 |
hazelnut cake with mocha frosting |
The cake was soft, tasty, and light, with bits of hazelnut throughout that added texture. The frosting was REALLY rich (but good! It was the mocha part of the cake).
 |
chocolate toffee bar |
The crust was amazing - dense and crunchy and all the right flavors, combined in a perfect bite. Since I'm not a big chocolate person anymore (what happened to me?), I ate around the topping, but the chopped nuts sprinkled on top were a nice touch.

almond butter fudge |
This is always a favorite and an absolute standby; I can’t (and don't!) go more than a week or so without getting some.
