Follow Up to Salt Experiment

Well, let's just say that the salt/frittata experiment was less-than-stellar, and most of it ended up in the trash. Sad, but true. At least I know I don't like it! I'm all for trying new things, because otherwise, how are you supposed to discover what you DO like? My big mistakes were probably using tapioca and potato flours instead of the garbanzo flour that was called for (simply because I'm currently house-sitting and didn't have those flours on hand) as well as putting in dried mushrooms that were possibly a little too "meaty" for the dish. I said, at least now I know that I don't ever want to make it again. Now I just need to find new ways to use the salt! Any ideas??
