Starting weight: 118 pounds (yes!)
Ahhh, here we are at day 3 finally. I really hope I have more energy today. Last night I wanted to go to bed at about 8:30, so hopefully tonight will be different, because I’m attending my very first Blazers game (eeek!!!).
I started off with pilates, like I did Wednesday. That was really lovely, and when I heard my phone ring in the other room, I proudly ignored it until I was done with the pilates video. I felt actually relaxed during the entire routine, and I felt ready to start my day, EXCEPT I also began to feel really faint and weak. I took a shower and ate a salad (it was very colorful, with almonds, celery, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 an avocado, and golden raisins), and thankfully, the symptoms went away.
The rest of my day went nicely. The weather was beautiful, so I spent most of the day outside, walking and just enjoying the sunshine. I ate lunch at Papa G’s again, this time just having food from their salad bar.
I fudged in the evening and had tortilla chips with my guacamole (how else was I supposed to eat it? with a spoon?), and boy oh boy did I feel HORRIBLE later on! Apparently my body really didn’t want me to ingest processed foods. So, lesson learned, and I know I will continue to abstain from fried and/or processed foods for the duration of my cleanse.
