Day 2

Starting weight: 119 (2 pounds lost!!!)
I couldn’t get over just how tired I felt today, even though I got about 9 hours of sleep last night. I got up at a decent time and went on my merry way, but wasn’t hungry until about 3 hours after I woke up. Then, I was suddenly starving. It was a good thing I brought food with me, so I didn’t have to look forlornly at baked goods. 
My cravings were also pretty strong today. I wanted sugar or sweet things, and I wanted baked goods like crazy. It was a fairly difficult day.
I ate an apple, a blood orange, a regular orange, raw cashews and raw almonds, prunes, golden raisins, and a raw avocado sandwich from Papa G’s Vegan Organic Deli with a raw sprouted salad on the side. And a salad in the evening.
I did take a long walk to take advantage of the beautiful sunshine; my total walking time probably equalled about an hour and a half, but as much as I enjoyed being outside, I also wanted to curl up in my warm bed with a chocolate chip cookie and sleep. It’s so strange to see my body go through withdrawal for the weirdest things: I ate quite a bit of fruits and nuts before this cleanse, but apparently I also ate a LOT of baked goods. I know what I will want to cut back on when I’m done with my two weeks!

119 pounds? unless you are 4 feet tall, i'd say you don't need to lose weight! kicking sugar is one thing, but losing weight is going too far! love yourself!
