Yummy Pizza

Fred Meyer's had a sale on Amy's frozen pizzas and, with a coupon from the Chinook book, two pies only cost $5, so I decided to give the gluten-free, non-dairy one a try. I added homemade sun-dried tomatoes (they turned out so much better than I expected!), corn, black olives, and artichoke hearts and YUM! I was super surprised that I actually liked it, especially the fake cheese, but I ate half the pizza and can't wait to have the rest tomorrow.

On Christmas Eve I had an Amy's Roasted Vegetable pizza that was a delicious kind of focaccia bread. With a base of caramelized onion sauce and topped with greens and artichokes it was by far the best pizza I've had since going vegan. I highly recommend it!

I haven't had any of the other Amy's pizzas, but good idea adding some veggies. We think alike!
