Bob's Red Mill
You know who rocks? Bob's Red Mill. I went there recently with two friends. It was the second time that I had been there, but I felt like I was discovering things for the first time. I didn't know there was basically an entire aisle designated to vegan (or, at least, dairy-free) foods, that they have an entire menu designated for vegetarians with many vegan choices (I had the vegan French toast with garden sausage and pure maple syrup plus coffee, and I thought I had gone to heaven), and that I could fill an entire reusable grocery bag full of goodies and bulk items for only $12. It was amazing. Now, granted, they are a bit of a drive away, and probably the best time to visit them is in the middle of a workday, but if you can catch a moment to check them out, I recommend it. They have two coupons in the Chinook book, one for dining (I was able to get my breakfast for only $4) and one for half off an organic item. Enjoy!
