Just when I was about to throw in the towel and say "there are no good vegan recipes out there that I haven't tried", I found a new one to thrill my palate. I had some acorn squash that was waiting to be used (oh, how I love fall squash!) and I wanted some pasta as well (comfort food, right?) and I found this recipe. Of course, I change it around a little, adding mushrooms, not using fresh sage, and substituting penne for the farfalle, but other than that, it was pretty similar and oh-so-delicious.
