6 ice cubes
1 banana (chopped)
1/2 cup frozen marionberries from last summer
[when I have them] 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
canned pear juice (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup or so soy milk
1 1/2 T. flaxseed meal
This makes one full glass, which is just perfect. Not too much, not too little, and just cool enough to drink during the heat wave.
